Mahmoud Abouzeid
Mahmoud grew up in his family’s food factories, where he saw firsthand how legacy systems and manual processes slow down the people doing the work. He later built AI applications at Microsoft, then started Noren to bring that experience back to manufacturing.

Jake worked at Protiviti as a Dynamics consultant, helping manufacturers implement and customize ERP systems. He brings hands-on experience with legacy factory software, integrations, and the safeguards production systems require.
