Custom factory software, without the six-figure consulting project.

Start with the operation, not the product.

Off-the-shelf ERP modules

  • Fit the workflow to the module
  • Configure for months before anyone uses it
  • Pay for every change request

With Noren

  • Keep the systems your operation already relies on
  • Review a working version before committing to a rollout
  • Request changes, test them, and approve the release

From request to release.

  1. 01

    Data

Connect the systems and files the job depends on.

  2. 02

    Specification

Walk through the job with the people who do it, or show us the spreadsheet they use today.

  3. 03

    Review

Test the application against real cases before rollout.

  4. 04

    Release

Approve the version, roll it out, and keep an audit trail.

Building the software is the easy part. Making it safe for factory data is not.

  • Your company decides who can use each application and what data they can see.
  • Every change is tested and reviewed before release.
  • Every version is saved, so mistakes can be undone.
  • Nothing updates the ERP, creates a quote, or sends an email without approval.

Co-founder

Mahmoud Abouzeid

Mahmoud grew up in his family’s food factories, where he saw firsthand how legacy systems and manual processes slow down the people doing the work. He later built AI applications at Microsoft, then started Noren to bring that experience back to manufacturing.

Co-founder

Jake Zenick

Jake worked at Protiviti as a Dynamics consultant, helping manufacturers implement and customize ERP systems. He brings hands-on experience with legacy factory software, integrations, and the safeguards production systems require.
